We’ve come a long way from the game jam version in October!

The team here at UWU has been working away tirelessly to bring you Pond Scum: A Gothic Swamp Tale by Christmas Day. Everyone and everything told us not to release a game during Christmas but like, who cares man. Pond Scum is too important to wait!

WTF IS POND SCUM

Pond Scum is a Diorama-Based VR Platformer! You control Snappy the Caiman in his quest to enter the Deep Swamp as a rite of passage all young pond dwellers must undertake. Collect Golden Fangs, dodge twisted foes, solve puzzles, uncover the secrets of the swamp… and above all else: make sure you call your mother!

December 25th, 2023, Christmas Day. Pond Scum is out here on itch, as well as on Steam and Meta.

We can’t wait for you all to play Pond Scum: A Gothic Swamp Tale! In the meantime, the game jam version is still available for free - but keep in mind we’ve come a long, long way since then.
